What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock at 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in various shapes and aspect ratios if desired.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen, just like with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original image and the different sizes for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
