The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in different sizes and aspect ratios if desired.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or in a quiet corner at reception.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as e.g. B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can occur synchronously in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new images, the employee has three different ways of getting his image as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobooth provides its own WLAN, which the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The cost of purchasing a photobooth adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
