You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in a number of dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, as with the passport photo machine.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the portrait taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.

How do the staff get their picture?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.

Other deployment options

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Pictures of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour of the company

The need for investment

The cost of purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
