The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in many dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately shown on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:
