The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and / or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
Similar to the passport photo kiosk, employees can sit in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get the photo?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
