The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
