The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees will sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their photo digitally.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
