The mission goal

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
Facebook, LinkedIn, the CRM system, WhatsApp & Co
etc. lying ready.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.

Alternative uses

In order to make the most of your purchase, you have the following possible uses:

The need for investment

The price for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is already worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for €650 + €1/employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.

Customer ratings

Since the system was introduced in 2019, two photo boxes have been set up permanently in this country and in Switzerland.
