The employees in your company get the chance to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

How does the employee get the picture?

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the various versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
