The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can easily be read from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
