The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor, just like with the photo booth.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the recorded image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can happen in different forms at the same time.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the different versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.

To get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:
