The mission goal
The employees in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image can be output in many sizes at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the different target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
