The use of a photo box for employee photos

One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

How did the staff come to the picture?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to get their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
