The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
