What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in a number of dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in many formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and/or the name and position of the employee can appear directly on the image.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Alternative deployment options

In order to make the most of the purchase, you have the following possible uses:

• Employee photos (as described above)
• Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Use at trade fairs to issue personalized “flyers”
• Photos of groups of visitors, for example after a tour of the company
• Recording of biometric passport photos and ID photos

The cost frame

The cost of purchasing a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.

Customer ratings
