What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the option to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
