The employees in your company have the opportunity to create their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your workforce the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in various forms.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
