The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the option to create their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes regularly (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department) and / or bring it up to date.
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your staff the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the recorded portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can take place synchronously in several forms.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
