What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different dimensions.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.

To get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
