The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.
So you always have the best possible photo for

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

  1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
  2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
  3. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.

The cost frame
