What should be achieved?

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in some dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.

How does the employee get their photo?

The photobox provides a private WLAN that the staff must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
