The solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the different target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
