It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional employees on site.
This gives your workforce the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his recordings. At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
