It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in some dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the staff get their photo?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the different versions for the different target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
