What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in different formats and aspect ratios if desired.
The solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get the picture?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory are not the only ones to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive their picture as a file.

The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail address. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the different versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for 650 € + 1 € / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
