The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and/or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not required on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the right format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and saved in different formats and aspect ratios if desired.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display, just like with the photo booth.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the photo can also be set up.
After the employee photo has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in many formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will appear directly on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
