The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many formats and aspect ratios if desired.
The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
