The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In doing so, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
