The use of a photo box for employee photos

You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WiFi which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original image and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
