The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

How does the staff get their photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
