The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.

The personal photos can be cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many shapes and aspect ratios if desired.

One possible solution

You position a photo booth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the personnel department, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor, similar to the photo booth.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be set up.

After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the shot can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified location on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you define (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

Other deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at trade fairs to produce personalized “flyers”

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
