What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the option to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the optimum format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found in every photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in several sizes.

How does the employee get his photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
