The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that no extra staff is needed on the spot.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo as well as the various formats for the different target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

The need for investment
