What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or in the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different dimensions.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Other uses
