The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in several formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the logo and / or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the picture.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the different formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
