The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and / or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be set up.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many backrounds you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in some formats.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory comes into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.

Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is adopted immediately.
