What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this happens in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees on site are not needed.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in a number of formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format you define (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in several formats.
So you always have the best photo for
Twitter, Instagram, the CRM system, LinkedIn, XING, Outlook
etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and/or the employee's name and position can appear directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobooth provides its own WLAN, which the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

Alternative uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
