It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets into possession of the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his picture as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can save his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
