The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and/or update it at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the right format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and saved in different shapes and aspect ratios if desired.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the business card. The data recorded in this way then subsequently becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and placed at a defined point on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be immediately included in the picture.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo digitally as well.

The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo as well as the various versions for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
