The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are independently optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.

How does the employee get the photo?

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down the original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
