The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the option to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a share option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
