The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional employees on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the employee picture has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the stored portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with logos and/or the name and position of the employee can also be visible on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive their image digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy their original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worth it for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained directly.
