The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their image digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
