What should be achieved?
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized for the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee report can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can be done in several formats at the same time.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the workforce to receive their photos digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
