The mission goal

The workforce in your company has the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be replaced with one or more of the background settings you specify. The head of each photo is also located, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new images, there are three different ways for the workforce to receive their image digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then sent to the employee's email inbox.
