The use of a photo box for employee photos

The workforce in your company has the opportunity to photograph and / or update the personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

How does the employee get his photo?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
