The mission goal

The staff in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth in a similar way to the photo booth and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is immediately read from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the image.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be directly visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose from to receive their image as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.

Other possible uses

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at trade fairs to create personalized “flyers”
• Recording of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Recordings of groups of visitors, e.g. after a lecture

The need for investment

The price for purchasing such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
