The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company has the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
