The mission goal
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in various forms.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to get their picture as a file.

In this case, the photo taken will be sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original recording and the different versions for the various target systems.
