The mission goal
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can occur synchronously in different dimensions.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
Alternative deployment options
In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame
The investment for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
